FBA Inventory Funding Calculator
Enter your numbers to see how much capital your next order needs, and how long that capital is tied up before Amazon pays you back.
How to Read These Numbers
The cash-flow gap is the core number here — it's what you need covered by savings, a 0% APR card, or vendor terms, not necessarily the full order cost. It's the total you're out of pocket for the number of days between placing the order and Amazon actually depositing your sales revenue into your bank account.
What To Do With This Number
- If the gap fits inside a 0% APR intro window on a business card, that's usually the cheapest way to fund it.
- If it's larger than your available credit limits, that's a signal to look at capital stack sequencing or financing options rather than trying to force it onto one card.
- Re-run this for your actual reorder cadence — funding needs compound if you're placing overlapping orders before the first one sells through.
This is informational, not financial advice. Vendor terms, card offers, and bureau reporting policies change, and a general guide can't account for your specific credit history or business situation. Confirm current terms directly with the issuer or vendor before applying. See our editorial policy for how we verify what we publish.
